Acquisitions Manager:
We are a small real estate investment company looking to bring on an Acquisitions Manager (AM) to purchase homes in the DFW area. This is a sales position that will entail meeting with homeowners who are looking to sell their house. Most leads are warm and will require the AM to run numbers, write up a contract, and close the deal. Previous sales experience is required.
Responsibilities:
- Calling warm leads & following up with set appointments.
- Running ARV numbers on property leads and determining offers.
- Responsible for contracts, purchasing deals, and negotiating acquisitions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of high school diploma.
- Highly motivated with a strong sales background.
- Driven, personable, competitive, and works well in a team.
