We just finished our latest house flip in Arlington and as always we love to share the details with you! This house has come a long way and went from a 3 bedroom, one bathroom to a four bedroom, two bathroom with the garage conversion which took the square footage to 1262 square feet total.
As usual I always love to add a little character into the bathrooms. For the guest bath I chose a black and white color palette. The floor is the first thing I picked out in here, I chose this Festival black and white basket weave porcelain tile from Floor and Décor. This floor is so classic and timeless and I really feel like this floor choice appeals to everyone.
The shower was done in 3×6 classic white subway tile, and for the vanity I chose this Glacier Bay Woodbrook vanity from Home Depot. For the hardware in this bathroom I chose matte black mixed with chrome details for a mixed metals look in this space.
The master bath was added into this house with the garage conversion and created a very welcoming space for the master retreat. In here I chose another patterned floor with this Adessi Elsa Sky Ceramic 18×18 tile. I went classic 3×6 white subway tile again in the shower for the master and this white Home Decorators Austell vanity with marble top.
For this bathroom I chose chrome faucets and hardware details to elevate this master bathroom.
In the kitchen we kept the original cabinets because they were in great shape and they add so much character into it as well. If cabinets are in good shape this is a great cost saving tip on a house flip! I chose to paint the upper cabinets in the kitchen Sherwin Williams Pure White and I wanted to add a unique mint color for the lower cabinets so I chose Sherwin Williams topiary tint. For the backsplash I chose this Festival White Stiletto Ceramic Tile with white grout.
I love the way this backsplash pulled the space together with a clean pattern as the backdrop. We chose a quartz countertop that has gray details in it that tied back well with the Camarosa Corta Grey Ceramic Tile floor for the kitchen in a 15×30 oversized look.
On the exterior of the house I chose Sherwin Williams Waterloo and Sherwin Williams Snowbound for the trim and front brick. For the front door I used Sherwin Williams Topiary Tint from the kitchen cabinets for a nice little fun curb appeal moment here as well.
The interior of the house living room and kitchen walls are Sherwin Williams Snowbound with Sherwin Williams Pure White trim.
